After reading this article I still fail to see a valid connection between CRC-Greenwatch and the Castro and Kim Jong Il regimes. Sure it's a little tricky to do business financing and protect the environment at the same time. But the main issue here is the political involvement of CRC-Greenwatch. If a company it sponsors has any particular political preferences and does not make it public, I don't see why should CRC-Greenwatch be obligated to investigate this sort of things. This task is for an organization dealing with this sort of things.
